Good Morning,
I have about 1400 workstations (out of 14k) that are curently out of compliance and running older versions of Acrobat Reader. Does Adobe Acrobat Reader auto update without launching the reader or do you have to run reader first for the updates to be applied.
I have also seen that the Updater in the Task Scheduler is set but have never run. What causes this?
Might have more questions once these are answered. I am using SCCM / MECM also.

If Task does not launch Updater (AdobeARM.exe process) and Reader is never launched, Updater will not run by itself.
Task should luanch Updater approximately 12 minutes after User loggon and every 3 1/2 hours after that. You might need to investigate why Task does not launch Updater. Double check again Task settings and history..
