Adobe Acrobat Reader won't install.

Hi, The PDF reader installation is giving me trouble, and I can't seem to locate a solution online.

What I have attempted is as follows:

I attempted to launch the installation using this URL: https://get.adobe.com/reader/. It said that in order to proceed with the installation, I had to uninstall the previous version. I have uninstalled it, but I went back and verified to make sure. After downloading the Clean up programme, it successfully ran. Please view the attached screenshots for the issues I'm currently getting after trying again.
