adobe acrobat reader dc has stop working. how do I fix this  error

    Please use cleaner tool to uninstall the Reader http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

    And download it through the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    If you have already tried, then please try resetting the preferences of application by following the same stepsHow to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

    We have released an update today that fixes the crash issue. This update will be automatically applied to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader DC. You can also open Acrobat or Reader DC and visit Help > Check for updates to make sure you are on the latest patch.

    When do you exactly get the error message? during launch of the application or when you are trying to access any file?

    You may refer to the forum thread where similar issue has been addressed and resolved.

    when u try to open file uninstalled the program reinstalled say
