I have no way of judging and alas neither do you. We frequently get complaints about people trying to get software purchased from 3-rd parties and have problems with the software, problems with the license, etc. I am sure there are legit sellers. I am sure the illegit sellers outnumber the legit sellers. Alas, cannot tell the players with a score card.

Yes, but do not be sure that it a legal copy. There are a lot of pirated versions of Adobe software being sold.
