in adobe reader i cannot drag files like word ,excal and attach it to my pdf file but in adobe pro i can do that is this  feature only in pro

Yes, converting to PDF is only available in Acrobat Pro, not in Acrobat Reader.

No, you can't attach files in Reader by dragging and dropping them. You can use the Attach File commenting tool, though, if you have Reader DC.
