We are using Reader XI v11 in terminal services on 2008R2 VMs
The users are experiencing the app crashing once a month 10 secs after opening.
They have been updating the software to resolve the situation every time.
I have been asked to set the app for autoupdate but this is not recommended on TS VMs.
I'm frightened the autoupdate feature would effect users and you cant schedule it for OOHs.
can anyone think of some options?
