Adobe DC Reader Freezes When Scrolling and Printing - 2019.010.20098

We have Adobe DC Reader 2019.010.20098 installed on terminal server Windows Server 2012.

Users having an issue with the Adobe DC reader freeze when scrolling and printing about 8 to 10 seconds.

I have made changes with GPO as below registry setting for disabling some feature, but still the same.

I also have a Process Explorer log captured, could you please let me know where should I upload the log for investigation?

We're sorry for the trouble you had and for the delayed response. I have shared the steps to collect the log files by direct/private message, please collect the logs and share in the same direct message How Do I Send Private Message

For testing purpose, disable 'Protected mode at startup' and 'Enhanced security' from Edit>Preferences>Security(enhanced)>Click OK, restart the application and check.

Note: Disabling Protected Mode and Enhanced Security is only for testing purpose, please enable it back.

Are you experiencing the freeze issue with all the PDF files or is it specific to one PDF file? Is it possible to share some sample files with us so that we can test it at our end? Share the file in the same direct message.
