Adobe DC reader : Problème à la fermeture.

Bonjour,

voici le problème, j'ouvre un document PDF directement depuis un email,

je l'imprime et le ferme, au moment de la fermeture il demande si je veux enregistrer le document.

j'ai comparer les paramètres et configuration avec un autre pc et j'ai les deux même.

pourtant sur l'un aucune demande alors que sur l'autre oui.

Quelqu'un aurais une solution ?

Would that be possible for you to share any sample file with us? We would like to check the same at our end to whether we are able to reproduce the same or not?

It s a profesionnal accounting document, i can't share sample file.

i have resvolde this bug, for that i uninstalled and reinstalled adobe acrobat dc; quite simply.

wait and see.

Hi Jeiej,

If we understand your query correctly, whenever you print a pdf using Adobe Reader DC the print dialog box doesn't go away after print?

Is it when you select a physical printer or you are choosing Adobe pdf as printer?

Also, the file that you are trying to print what is the location of the file? Is it saved locally on your computer or uploaded on cloud.

You must save the file locally first and then try or check with the different file.

no, after print, i close pdf and a dialog box ask me save file.

i haven't modified file.

Is it when you select a physical printer or you are choosing Adobe pdf as printer?

I use physical printer and the files is printed.

Also, the file that you are trying to print what is the location of the file? Is it saved locally on your computer or uploaded on cloud.

i have test with file on desktop and by the mailbox. it's same probleme.

You must save the file locally first and then try or check with the different file.
