Adobe Download Manager Blank Screen

I have tried to download a reader update for three days now and the same thing keeps happening:

The screen will remain as such for hours (I just left it yesterday and did errands, 3 hours later, no change).  I am using Firefox as my browser and yet until now have NEVER had an issue (cleared cache, enabled questionable software, antivirus OFF, etc).  Any help?

Hi Okemooutryder,

When you say you have been trying to download the updates of Adobe Reader, so is that a update for existing version or you are trying to install the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

Could you please help us with the operating system you are working on? And also the existing version of Adobe Reader?

You may see here Adobe Acrobat Reader DC system requirements  whether your system fulfills the requirements or not?

Would be looking forward for more information on this
