I was upgrading my Adobe Reader X to newer version where in a middle of updade my PC restarted and its not getting upgrading to newer version or getting uninstall. Kindly help me out

Another thing to try would be to grab a fresh copy of the installation from Adobe directly and try and run the installation again. There are solutions for deploying reader and keeping software updated after it's installed.

I tried installing fresh copy of Adobe too. But it in not getting updated due to same reason.
I tied the microsoft's fixit. Still its not getting resolved
