Adobe Export PDF and Adobe PDF Pack

I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC only to discover it would not work with my device because it did not meet the requirements of the technical spec and so had to cancel my subscription.  I am not yet in a position to upgrade my hardware but need to find out if Adobe Export PDF or Adobe PDFpack will work with my device, but I cannot find the technical spec anywhere to check.  I am still using a laptop PC with Windows XP operating system.  Can you tell me if I can use any of the two programs above with my laptop?  Or direct me to where I can find the minimum requirements needed for the programs above?

Export PDF and PDF Pack are online services and will work on all devices with internet connection.
