Hi @Solar3168268149hh

Thanks for reaching out.

First, you must ensure that you have the correct application installed. Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro both look identical.

If you have been asked to Sign In and choose a plan, then you likely have downloaded Acrobat Pro, a paid product.

Launch the application and check the name under Menu>Help>About Acrobat. If it is Acrobat Pro, then uninstall it.

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

Download the Acrobat Reader installer from here:

https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

OR

Thanks,

Akanchha

Okay, this is an issue. I've been trying to install Adobe Reader for a user for about three weeks now. Every time I install the reader, it always has the free trial of Adobe Pro and the sign-in on the main Adobe Reader window, and the user keeps clicking them by mistake every time I do the install. Can I have a version of Adobe Reader that does not ask users to get a trial or sign in to use it? It has been a very frustrating experience for both me and the users.
