Adobe Freezes Consistently

Hi

My Adobe Acrobat Reader DC decided to start freezing every time I try to print, save, or export as other.  Before I could do all these things. 

Please help.

Sunil2201.  The first screen is the same for saving, save as other, or exporting.  The second screen is always perpetually white and nothing ever happens.

The first screen is the same for saving, save as other, or exporting.  The second screen is always perpetually white and nothing ever happens.  Its been like this for about a month no matter what kind of Pdf is being read or from where.  Here is just the most recent.

Hi graffiti,

I paid for creative cloud and I was able to export pdfs to convert to word files before. 

Now anytime I try to save, print, or export, it initiates the action but then the application freezes and I get a blank screen like it is perpetually loading the information.

Are you sure you're using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader? I ask because it doesn't have an option to "Export>As other."
