Does anyone know how to get Adobe Reader to stop changing the color of my fonts from a file in Microsoft Word. I unchecked the box called Replace Document Colors under Accessiblity, but I don't know what else to try.
Thanks for your help!

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. You're doing the right thing by checking Accessibility settings, but here are a few more things you can try to stop Adobe Reader from changing the font colors from your Microsoft Word file:
1. What is the workflow/steps you are taking to create the PDF form the Word file? Please try to create the PDF using the Acrobat ribbon present in the MS Word toolbar at the top right and check if that helps.
2. Even if you’ve already unchecked "Replace Document Colors" in Accessibility, try the steps below and see if that helps:
Open Adobe Reader
Go to Edit > Preferences > Accessibility
Make sure "Use High Contrast Colors" is not selected.
Also, under Page Display, ensure "Use Overprint Preview" is set to Only for PDF/X files or Always, which can help render colors properly.
Let us know how it goes.
