Hi @Jaimin32255051x298 ,

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're facing trouble with the application. We appreciate you reporting this issue, and I'm here to help you get it resolved.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing that led you to this error message? A small video recording would be very helpful.

Also, please try the following steps to repair the application installation and see if that works.

  1. Open the application.
  2. Navigate to the "Help" menu.
  3. Select "Repair installation."

This should help resolve any potential issues related to the application's installation.

If the problem persists, you can try resetting the application preferences to their default settings. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Please visit the following help link for detailed instructions: How to Reset Acrobat Preference Settings to Default

Following these steps should reset your preferences, which can often resolve unexpected behavior in the application.

If you've tried the above steps and the issue persists, you can attempt to disable the Protected Mode for testing and check if that works.

  1. Open the application.
  2. Go to the "Edit" menu.
  3. Select "Preferences."
  4. Navigate to the "Security (Enhanced)" section.
  5. Uncheck the box for "Enable Protected Mode at startup." > Click OK

Disabling the Protected Mode can sometimes resolve issues related to security settings.

Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risks.

Please try these steps and let us know how it goes. We're here to assist you further if needed, and your feedback will help us ensure a smoother experience with the application. If you have any questions or encounter difficulties during the process, don't hesitate to ask for assistance.

Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter.
