Hi,

As above, I'm logged into ADOBE  pdf Pack. It shows me as logged in but when I go to export a pdf to convert it shows " you are not connected to the internet" ... when clearly I am.

Any suggestions friends?

Are you on a computer that's connected to a work network, or something like that? Maybe there's a firewall that's blocking Adobe's website, or part of it. If so, contact your IT dept. and report this issue to them.

Are you doing it from within Reader, or via the browser? If the former, try the latter.

try67, thanks very much for your reply. I have tried both and get the same answer " you are not connected to the internet".
