Adobe PDF Viewing - Internet Explorer

Good afternoon,

Since the Adobe update, last Thursday, we have been unable to view PDF documents in Internet Explorer or other application that use Adobe Reader.

Internet Explorer just crashes, as do the other programs. This doesn't seem to be affecting Windows 10 machines. When disabling the Adobe PDF Viewer it does not crash out Internet Explorer as it opens the PDF in the Reader applications, which leads me to believe that this is an issue with the PDF viewer  Add-on.

It works fine in Chrome but this is not our default application as it is not compatible with other programs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

We have the same issue but it is hit n miss across operating systems. I can confirm this is affecting Windows 7 as well as 10.
