Adobe Rdr CEF has stopped working

I just downloaded and installed the Acrobat Reader DC to my pc (windows 7). but i am not able to open it. when i am trying to open two dialog box are displaying . one saying adobe Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working and the other dialog box with another message says adobe RdrCEF has stopped working. please help me to fix itUntitled picture.png

Thanks for your kindness to replay my query. I cannot find the same problem which i am facing in those link provided in your replay. herein i am attaching the screen shot of C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroCEF folder. please have a look on it and tell me weather it will help in any way to solve my problem.rply 1.png

Can you please share a crash dump, when you launch Adobe Reader and you get the above error? You can use the following steps -


Enable saving user mode memory dumps locally using Windows Error Reporting, by creating the following Registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps

Value Name = DumpType

Data type: REG_DWORD

Value Data = 1

Dump files are stored in the default location %LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps. Send it to us at ambooATadobeDOTcom. If it is a zip file, please rename from .zip to .adobe.
