Outlook als Standard-Mail-Programm

Bisher konnte ich in einer PDF-Datei (unsere Angebote werden von Open Office Write als PDF erstellt) auf eine E-Mail-Adresse klicken und es öffnete sich Outlook (neue E-Mail). Das geht jetzt nicht mehr. Der Link wird zwar erkannt, aber beim Klicken passiert nichts. Bei anderen Formularen, die wir selber erstellt haben, funktioniert die Versenden-Funktion, die wird aber ja auch nicht per "mailto" realisiert. An anderen Stellen, z.B. Webseiten, funktioniert der Klick auf einen mailto-Link wie gewünscht. Auch, wenn ich die PDF von Word erstellen lasse, geht es nicht.

No, we do not add a Hyperlink in the Write-Document by hand. Until last week, Reader was able to recognize the links by itself. In Write there is the email-address as follows: "E-Mail: xxxx.xxxx@xxxx.xx". Until last week, this link was clickable in the PDF that was created by Write. Now I can hold the mouse about this link and the Reader still shows "mailto:xxxx.xxxx@xxxx.xx", but a click does not do anything.

Same, when I use Word to generate the PDF.
