Adobe reader 2015.006.30413 - cannot find or create the font

Hi all

I got user in my office , he had some issue on the adobe reader ,

user OS : window 10 1709 64 bit

office : office 2016 74 bit(16.0.4549.1000)

the error is Cannot find or create the font 'Aerial, Bold', Some Characters may not display or print correctly ,

after he press ok

he receive the next error message A drawing error occurred.

i already try patch the adobe patch from  adobe website

i check the font is on the control panel and there is no missing font

try the solution - uncheck 'use local font ' does not solve

can anyone help ?
