Adobe reader 2015.006.30413 - cannot find or create the font

Hi all

I got user in my office , he had some issue on the adobe reader ,

user OS : window 10 1709 64 bit

office : office 2016 74 bit(16.0.4549.1000)

the error is Cannot find or create the font 'Aerial, Bold', Some Characters may not display or print correctly ,

after he press ok

he receive the next error message A drawing error occurred.

i already try patch the adobe patch from  adobe website

i check the font is on the control panel and there is no missing font

try the solution - uncheck 'use local font ' does not solve

can anyone help ?

troubleshooting step

i already uninstall and reinstall the adobe reader

reinstall the missing the font

patch the version to from 2015.006.413 to 417

unchecked the option use local font in the adobe reader preference

Can anyone help?
