Adobe Reader 2020: an error occurred while sending mail

Hello,

we have this error "an error occurred while sending mail" on a client.

The pc is Windows 10 1909 with Office 365 installed and updated.

If we try to attach a pdf using the sending email feature in Acrobat Reader we get the error "an error occurred while sending mail".

I have already tested this solution

But in this case it doesnt' work

What can I do to fix ?
