Adobe Reader/Acrobat Pro not opening reliably

Issue in the past couple weeks, PDFs wont open reliably in adobe. Sometimes won't open at all and sometimes working fine. Seen across 4-5 users so far, latest adobe from microsoft store. 

Anyone else?

    What is your OS and version? What is your Acrobat and version? What exactly happens? If possible, use screenshots to illustrate the issue.
