Adobe Reader - Allow documents to hide menu bar etc

Hi, we have a Windows (10) virtual desktop user, the issue is that the top of his adobe reader documents and other programs were missing, I followed this from the support community:-

This worked for a while but soon the issue happened again, because the WVD is shared I cannot use the cleaner tool or remove and reinstall adobe reader, this does not happen to any other concurrent users of the WVD.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for reaching out to us. The top menu of Acrobat/Reader is hidden by default which you can change either by the same preference setting you mentioned or right click on the menu bar and check "Menu Bar" option. Attaching a screenshot for your reference too.
