My Adobe Reader app on my iPad suddenly disappeared when I connected it to my Windows Pc to transfer a document. I have lost all my documents and I desperately need them. What went wrong and what should I do?

Hi Dr.Lumbi,
I assume, it could be a possibility that the icon for the Adobe Reader has been removed (by mistake) from the main menu.
As mentioned above, Adobe Reader application suddenly disappeared when connected to Windows Pc, ideally it shouldn't happen as there isn't any compatibility issue between iOS and windows devices.
I would suggest you to try downloading the Adobe Reader application again from the App store (using same Adobe i.d) and see if that works.
Please do check the Document Cloud storage as well to see if you have saved your file there (or somewhere else) for back up.
