Did windows update and my computer rebooted over night.
When I logged back in Chrome launched and then a popup came up asking me to enable McAfee WebAdvisor. Which I did not install.
I looked at my add and remove programs and noticed that Adobe Reader DC was updated the same day. I have Adobe Reader set to auto install updates so It does not ask me to install. It seems that Adobe Reader updater is auto installing the McAfee WebAdvisor with out asking!
This is a bad idea. Adobe should not be auto installing 3rd party software with out my permission
Have something to add?
