Adobe Reader cannot open A2 landscape format while all other formats work fine

Hi, could you help please? The issue is that it is not possible to open any A2 landscape (horizontal) PDF files in Adobe Reader. A2 portrait (vertical) works fine, all other formats work as well. The most recent Adobe update couldn't fix this problem. Is it a known issue?

Thanks for the response. Yes, there is an error saying that an error has occured while trying to open the file. I've attached a screenshot of it. It's in
