Adobe reader crashes when trying to save as.

I am having a problem within my organization with Adobe reader. Every time one of my staff tries saving a pdf file, the application closes it right on the moment I select the destination folder.

What happening is that the user are filling up information on the PDF file and then when they try to save it, the application closes. I don't get any error message or anything. the application just closes.

I am using a Windows 7 environment

This is happening to multiple computer running windows 7 with different spec. I cannot find anything that can help me troubleshoot this issue further

I have remove the application and I have updated adobe DC and nothing happens.
