Adobe Reader DC 19.012.20034 Intermittant Freezing with Save-as

I have a client who is using Adobe Reader DC 19.012.20034, and about 30% of the time, she uses save-as for a document she scanned, and Adobe Reader immediately closes, and does not save the document.  The other 70% of the time there are no issues.  Please help!

    Is your client still experiencing the same issue with Adobe Reader DC? If yes, then please perform couple of troubleshooting steps suggested below-

    Before proceed, make sure Adobe Reader's latest version is installed. Open Reader>Help>Check for update.

    1- Navigate to Adobe Reader>Edit>Preferences>General>uncheck "Show online storage when saving document">OK>Reboot Reader. Check again.

    2- Try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the help article here: Troubleshoot errors, freezes | Adobe Reader | Windows

    3- Nothing works, Open Reader>Help>Repair Installation and check back
