Hello,
We have Adobe Reader DC installed on two RDS servers(let's call them RDS-01 and RDS-02).
Both servers are basically identical:
However, on RDS-01 whenever we open a specific set of PDFs we get this error in Adobe Reader DC:
We have tried everything we can think of to resolve this:
Two things to note:
At this point is there anything anyone can think of that might be causing this?

Are you sure this message appears in Adobe Reader? Are you maybe trying to open the file in a browser window, instead?

Hello,
So this message comes up a few ways.
1. If I open Adobe Reader DC directly on RDS01 and try to view the files through the Most Recent files or through File > Open.
2. If I open File Explorer, navigate to where the file is at and open it that way. Including Open with Adobe Reader DC.
3. In the RDS Portal we launch the Adobe Reader DC app which opens a RDP session for that program.At that point we get the same results as point #1.
4. We open file explorer through the RDS portal, navigate to the file location, and then try to open the file.
But you are correct we do get that message if we open the PDF via Chrome. However, interesting enough it doesn't happen on Internet Explorer 11.

Is there anyone that can suggest on what could possibly be done? At this point we've exhausted most of our options. Not sure if official Adobe support will help seeing as this is just Adobe Reader DC.
