Adobe Reader DC for mac crashes when I try to print

Guest

Hi

My Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for mac crashes every time I try to print. Also, the Find command and the Update menu option do not work.

I am running Mac OS Sierra 10.12.3

I have tried uninstalling Acrobat by moving to trash, then reinstalling. The reinstalls are unsuccessful - I get the error "Found a higher version of Adobe Acrobat Reader in the installation location. Installation will terminate".

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Ian

Hi Ianj8827788,

Please refer to the link below and see if it works:

Can't print PDF files on Mac OS X 10.6 to OS X 10.8

Also, try opening the file in the Preview and print from there.

And for the installation issue, try the steps in the link below:

Reader DC Installation issue on Mac

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,

Supriya
