Please provide a solution to Reader DC hanging when there is no internet.
Do not suggest Adobe Customisation wizard. I tried it and wasted an hour of my time.

Sorry for the delayed response.
Would you let us know the steps you have already tried? Is this an IT managed machine or your personal home/business computer?
Have you tried repairing Reader, to do that launch Reader>Help>Repair installation. Restart the machine and try again.
Also, try launching Reader with admin rights, check if that helps.
If you already have found a solution which I wish for, as this too late now. Please update this discussion with your finding that may help others.
