Adobe Reader DC Install not working

Hello everyone,

I am trying to install Adobe Reader on a new computer. When I get to the Step 1 of 3 install page and then click install.

It sends you straight to the www.adobe.com homepage and doesn't install or download anything. And yes I already followed the install problems tips. Not to mention when you click on the download direct it gets to a page and the Download button is grayed out and you can't click it....

Any assistance would be useful.
