Adobe Reader DC language pack

I am trying to open a particular pdf document it is in Chinese. Adobe Reader DC flags up an error saying "Install Language Pack" I go to the link however the page is "No longer available" does anyone have the .exe or .msi? If not does any one know a solution?

What's the full message? and what is you full version of Reader as shown by Help - About Acrobat Reader?

Ok, that's better. A font pack I understand, but a language pack was puzzling.
For your version please try

I have installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Ver 18.011.20035.  Is their an extended Asian langugae font pack for this version

when install this pack, it still mentioned only work for Reader X1, not for DC. it is not working!
