Adobe Reader DC missing Calibri fonts

We use and e-sign product called SignNow and now for some reason when we download the signed documents out of SignNow and try to open them in Adobe it throws errors like this:

"Cannot extract the embedded font 'MZTYAN+Calibri-Bold'. Some characters may not display or print correctly."

It does this for Calibri and Calibri Bold at least that I know of. When I look at the document properties under the Fonts tab I can see a Calibri,Bold and a Calibri-Bold. Could that be what is causing the issue? We do not see this issue in any other PDF viewer, only Adobe.
