We have a reporting system written in C#. It uses Infragistics Ultrawingrid to display PDF documents in a web browser. After installing the latest Reader version 2022.001.20117, we are facing an issue: in case when a report has a few tabs, a few web browser instances get created. Each browser contains its own PDF document. Let's say there are 3 tabs. Randomly one or two of the tabs gets stuck displaying a grey PDF screen saying "Initializing...". If all tabs get printed or emailed, all PDF documents are there. Installing the latest Infragistics package did not resolve the issue. However,downgrading the ADOBE reader to 21.005.20048 resolves the problem. Due to the security concerns,we have to keep the latest ADOBE version. Please advise. Thank you in advance.
