Adobe Reader DC Patch 2019.02.20034 Error 103:103

There is an issue on all Windows7 32bit systems, where any PDF open via Internet Explorer will fail with Error 103:103.

This only occurs after applying the latest patch 2019.02.20034.

Only option to fix this is to rollback to older patch, which requires the full removal of Reader and reinstall.

Patch 2019.02.20034 should not be deployed to windows7 32bit.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

    Acrobat and Reader official update (19.012.20034)  is available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

    The patch effected is the latest patch from Adobe.  2019.012.20034.
