I am trying to view encrypted PDF documents which are stored in MS Azure. Other non-encrypted documents stored on a legacy server have no issue with reader. The application launches the pdf within IE 11 browser using Adobe PDF Reader plugin version 20.9.20063.381938.
The application experience intermittent issues where documents hang for several seconds before loading. It has also been noticed during the loading process Adobe icon is displayed on the task bar with an empty box. IE can also hang when closing PDF document to return the search results screens.
I am also running McAfee so unsure if this would affect Adobe Reader. I’ll attach the logs files.
Any help would be much appreciated.
