Adobe Reader Error - Cannot open application

New Here ,
Oct 10, 2023 Oct 10, 2023

When attempting to open a .pdf using Adobe Reader, I get the following error on one PC only (at this stage).

I've attempted to uninstall and re-install Adobe Reader but the same issue occurs once re-installed. I've followed all steps from the https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/fix-acrobat-crash-on-launch.html none of which helped.

Is there something in the register that I can delete after uninstalling the program, so that we I re-install again, it's a clean install?

Any assistance here would be great. Thanks

Run this tool after uninstalling the application to get rid of all traces of it from your system:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

Then re-install it from scratch, if you wish.
