Adobe Reader has stopped working when running the silent print code

Hi,

 

I have a Adobe Javascript silent printing code embed into pdf and when I am trying to open that pdf through application in the browser the adobe reader is not struck and displaying the below error

 

Error Msg:There is a problem with Adobe/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (0:521)

 

Note: I have tried all possible solutions listed in the adobe forum but nothing worked.

We have acrobatjs script for printing the pdf. I have inserted that code into pdf and tried to access the same from my application. Then I am getting the error that I have posted. I hope I have elobrated the issue. If still I am not clear I explain you more indetailed
