Adobe Reader Issues in Internet Explorer 11
Hi,
We are experiencing an issue with a couple of PDF documents when opened in Internet Explorer. I haven't seen this issue anywhere else online and I'm wondering if anybody has experienced this issue or if they might have a solution. I have a link below to a fillable pdf form:
http://www.riverside.courts.ca.gov/selfhelp/flpackets/arrears_packet.pdf
Everything seems to work fine when I save the file to my computer or when I open the link in Google Chrome. When I run this file on Internet Explorer (Version shown below) the data seems to delete itself after you scroll onto page 7. Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:
- You can fill out the information some of the information on the first page
- Scroll down and you'll see that it autofills some information on pages as you scroll down.
- Keep scrolling until you scroll onto page 7.
- Scroll back up and you'll see all of the information was deleted.
As you repeat the steps again, you'll notice the filled fields will not be deleted again and you will be able to complete the form. It seems that if at any time you scroll past page 7, it will no longer delete the information input on the fields. Does anyone know what might cause this issue and how to fix it while still using Internet Explorer?

Thank you!
