Adobe Reader - Measure tool

Encounter measure tool snap (endpoint; Path; midpoint...) function is not working, hence not able to get accurate dimension, this just happen recently.  I have no issue using this function few month ago, seem like there is some update and this snap function no more working. 

Below measurement is few month ago, but now not able to get accurate measurement due to not able to snap accurately on the line.

Would you mind letting us know if this is with a specific file or with all files in general?

Also, would you mind updating the app to the latest version of the application (2025.001.2043x) and let us know if the issue is fixed for you?

To do so, go to Menu-> Help-> Check for Updates.

This problem affects all the file that used to be able to measure with the tools.
