My MacBook Air running Mac OS Big Sur 11.7.2 is no longer able to print downloaded pdf documents from Adobe Reader to my Canon MP530 printer. However, printing documents from Apple Pages or from email still works fine. Any suggestions as to why Adobe Reader has stopped printing?

Hi clive280723166s89,

Thank you for reaching out.

As the printer is not working when printing PDFs in Acrobat Reader, try the troubleshooting steps provided in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html

Check if that helps.

If the issue still occurs, try reconnecting the printer manually.

Share the Acrobat Reader and OS version with us.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
