have a user who had windows 11 22h2, user opens adobe and it does not open but it is running under task manager, I have used the clenaup tool and changes from the 32 to 64 bit, adobe will work but then after reboot it does the same, does not open but runs in task manager, if i terminate in task manager open it up again it does not work.
also tried the following but after a reboot of the laptop the issue returns
-Removed the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
-Reboot the machine
-Installed Adobe Acrobat Reader from the following page: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.

This could be the user profile. It's a longshot, and I would hate to have my profile initialized. Try a different user on the same laptop fisrt. And the same user on a different computer.
