Adobe Reader not responding on Scrolling

For a couple of months, every time I scroll between different pages,  it stops responding. I have unchecked the advanced security-enhanced settings in the preference. What else can I do?

We are sorry to hear of your bad experience. Could you please try updating your application to latest version by going to Help>>Check for Updates and check if the issue persists. If yes, please help us with the below information so that we can debug the issue at our end 

  1.  Your OS version and App version
  2. Is the issue specific to a set of files? If yes, please share the files with us
  3.  If possible please share the Adobe Acrobat Diagnostics logs by following the steps at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html and make sure to check all the checkboxes as per below screenshot
