Adobe Reader not working

I have used Adobe Reader on my Mac for 2 years of more and it has been fine - until last week when I can no longer open documents although I can see a preview of previously downloaded documents. I have tried loading a new version but it refuses to load. Very frustrated.

As you are not able to open the documents in Adobe Reader, could you please let us know what happens when you try to open the PDF.

Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the exact error message or the screenshot of it.

What are the exact steps you do to open the file?

Please share the dot version of Adobe Reader and Mac OS you are using.
