Adobe Reader PDF Conversion

New Here ,
Nov 12, 2024 Nov 12, 2024

I am using Adobe Reader and all of a sudden when I try to convert a Microsoft PowerPoint to a PDF I am getting a message that says:

I can only do 1 PDF conversion per month or upgrade to professional!

I've been using Adobe Reader for years and never seen this before.

Anyone have any ideas?

For the conversion use Adobe Acrobat.

Hi @Mark29507896zuye ,

We have recently introduced PDF maker plugin support in MS office apps for Reader  as well. Users can try creating pdfs from Word, excel & Power point app. 1 free transaction is allowed and post that you have to purchase Acrobat license to continue using the fuctionality.

Regards

Ravi
