Adobe Reader Plugin crash

Dear all,
While loading PDF in the browser, the document wont't show, a popup will raise with following error :
"An error has occurred
An error occurred while processing the file. Some features may no longer work."
This mainly occurs with documents signed by my organization. The certificates are trusted and the document shows up normally using Adobe Acrobat Reader (desktop version). Only the browser plugin shows error.
I initially thought it could be due to unsupported signature by the plugin.
However, I am still investagting to understand if this could be due to specific fonts used in my documents. Those fonts are not public, but paid and installed on our computers.
In the browse debugger I noticed many errors. Here some significatives errors ;
https://api.eu1.adobesign.com/api/rest/v6/users/me/settings 403 Forbidden
with response :
{code: "PERMISSION_DENIED",…}
code: "PERMISSION_DENIED"
message: "The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation"
Also, CORS ERROR with this request (appears like 30 times with differents URL arguments) :
Access to fetch at 'https://block.opendns.com/swg/?server=mps-c54e965cb537.sigenv1.ams&v=eyJhbGciOiAiSFM1MTIiLCAia2lkIjo...' (redirected from 'https://acrobat.adobe.com/dc-rendition-provider/3.0.2_5.158.0/AJS/build/HKdla-B5-V.bin') from origin 'https://acrobat.adobe.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.
Also :
sw.js:1 SW error TypeError: Failed to fetch
at https://acrobat.adobe.com/sw.js:1:22132
at async Promise.allSettled (index 74)
at async updateChromeExtensionCache (https://acrobat.adobe.com/sw.js:1:22294)
May I add that the issue is browser independant (tested Both Edge and Chrome) and on various computers.
Thanks for your help,
Philippe.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delayed response.
Could you please share any sample documents with us? When you say loading PDF in the browser, do you mean uploading the PDF on the Acrobat Online account?
Would you mind sharing the screen recording for a better understanding? We will get this checked with the team and share the required information.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
