Adobe Reader & Pro constantly prompting for Adobe ID

Hi there,

In our Citrix Environment we now have users who go to open up a PDF with reader being prompted to enter an Adobe ID !!

Also users who have Adobe Pro who are registered with an ID also keep getting prompted for their ID each time Pro is launched.

It's a weird one but would like to see if this happening to any others?

Yes I have users with Reader only getting prompted. see image below.

Could you please confirm if you have tried the troubleshooting steps suggested in this link: Prompted for serial number or Adobe ID ?
