Adobe Reader Pro Subscriptions on Terminal Server

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know if we can use an Adobe Reader Pro subscription on an 2012 R2 RDS Server? If so, do we require a single subscription for whole server; or a subscription for each user on the RDS Server?

Thanks,

Mahmoud

    Correct answer Test Screen Name

There is no such product as Adobe Reader Pro. It’s called Acrobat Pro. (There may be products with both “Reader” and “Pro” in the title but not from Adobe). You would need, I believe, a volume license, with a license per user and named user licensing (one if the purchasing options). You cannot use the retail product. Suggest you read the Acrobat Enterprise Deployment Toolkit.
