Adobe Reader- transferring licence from one device to another

Dear Adobe I have a problem with transfer licence between PCs. In my company the user has changed his work station from one to another and now I need to transfer Adobe licence to the second PC. How do I do it?

I have found a text solution (polish site- Przenieś licencję na produkt firmy Adobe ) but I am not sure if my problem qualifies to download such document, print, sign etc. because I think it's just a simple request.

However, even if I will have to do this, the site says that I have to contact Your support to sign my request as a new. As I assume without request number I cannot send the filled document anywhere forward. When I try to obtain anymore of support from the site it forwards me here, on forums.
